All of our tray form knives where possible are manufactured from high grade Stainless Steel toothed strip. Compared to the low wear resistance carbon steel used by many of the OEM's and our competitors.

As with many of the other types of blades in our range, we offer a regrind service for Tray Form blades. However due to the nature of Tray Form knives we are only able to resharpen them and not regrind the teeth.
